THE YARD: OPENS 13TH APRIL
Top Interior Designer Kelly Hoppen has been unstoppable since the New Year. Having recently received an MBE from Queen Elizabeth II for services to interior design, Kelly is now moving her flagship store from Fulham Road to Notting Hill Gate.
The new store, which will be called The Yard, is set to open its doors on 13th April on Chepstow Road in Notting Hill and will house Kelly’s eclectic mix of products and yarns. The Yard will be merged in the same premises as Kelly’s design studio giving customers the opportunity to visit the studio and consult Kelly and her expert team on furniture, lighting and textiles advice.
New products at The Yard will include panthers, ceramics, shabby chic chairs, pots, Venetian mirrors, graffiti style Buddhas, bed linen and Kelly’s signature scented candles. Commenting on the move, Kelly said, “Since our lease was running out at Fulham Road and I had recently relocated my home and studio to Notting Hill, an area of London which I really love, it made perfect sense to me to have the store and studio in the same premises. I’m looking forward to opening the doors to The Yard – the style will be Kelly Hoppen vintage meets shabby chic – a whole new concept in living which I’m sure our patrons and new customers will love.”
To celebrate the move, Kelly is having a massive clearance sale at Fulham Road, with selected items reduced by up to 75 percent. Fans of Kelly Hoppen products will be able to get their hands on the interior designer’s amazing products for a fraction of their retail price. The sale, which is on now, ends on 1st April.
